“Sports, work, entertainment, family life, talents, war, are all subjects with lengthy detail, subjects constantly before us, entwining our past, our present and our future. These subjects place us in different places, doing specific things, utilizing our abilities, promoting our conscious actions to attain specific goals.
Men rarely look at themselves as having to do with so many things, in so many ways, for so many reasons, with so much purpose for the good of themselves, and the good of, perhaps many others’ lives.
There is so much to life. There is so much to do. There is so much to accomplish. There is so much that must be developed. There are so many things to be involved in. There is no limit to man’s avenues of adventure, venture, or interests. These are all physical aspects of life, but must definitely be combined with our Spiritual, in our thoughts, our actions, our deeds, our values, our standards, for one cannot be evident without the other. The physical cannot be the total involvement for so many aspects of life to show in.
Never see your life as being limited, for it is not.
Never see your day as ordinary, it is not.
Never feel there is nothing to look forward to, there is.
Never feel depression will last, it won’t.
Never feel success is not for you, it is.
Never feel that you have stopped learning, you have not.
Never feel you have to compromise, you don’t.
Never feel you will never reach fulfillment of life, you will.
Never feel that you are alone, you are not.
Never feel things are hopeless, there is always hope.
Never feel fear so strong that you forget to see that Ray of Mercy God always has.
Never omit the fact that God’s Justice is greater than any of your acts.
When you play a game, play to win.
When you work, give your best.
When you pray, pray reaching for Holiness.
Never think that everyone else is better off than you, this is not so.
You are everything you want to be, and remember you are the custodian of your Soul. This alone in life should be your greatest desire, to use everything you are and everything you have, to return to God the Soul, so you can say to God: ‘I did my best with what You gave me. I hope, dear God, that You will say to me, “All the effort you put forth, your Soul will be with Me for All Eternity”.’”
