“My sons and My daughters, I am Padre Pio, and I begin this by saying: ‘In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.’ I bless you with God’s Love, I bless you in the form of the Cross, and I bless you with This Love and I say, ‘Do not forget the need of prayer, the purpose of prayer, and the way you must pray.’
There are so many children throughout the world that say, ‘God, help me,’ but they do not think of the communication that must be. They do not see that to love Him and to return His Love to Him, you must say to Him once in awhile: ‘God, I love You. Please, help me decide what to do here. Please help me, God, in this way.’
So many children cry tears, great tears, for they do not turn to prayer. They cry to another man and they lean on the weakness that is there. So I say to you on this night, as I bless you with God’s Love once again, ‘Please, My children, put yourself on your knees and pray.’ In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.”
